CVS offers FyreWrap Elite 1.5 Duct Insulation, which meets local authority requirements, complies with NFPA 96 standards, and has been tested to various standards, including ASTM E2336, ASTM E2816, UL 2221, ISO 6944, BS 476 Part 24, EN 1366-1, ASTM E119, and ASTM E814. This coverage addresses nearly all applications with zero clearance to combustible materials at any given location.

FyreWrap Elite 1.5 Duct Insulation has been tested for various duct types, including smoke control, stairwell and vestibule pressurization, ventilation, supply/return ducts, commercial dryer exhaust, and refuse and linen chutes.

To achieve a 2-hour rating for Duct Type A, 38 mm thickness (one layer) of insulation is required.

To achieve a 2-hour rating for Duct Type B, 76 mm thickness (two layers) of insulation is required. The insulation is compressible, providing an advantage in space-constrained areas or in complex configurations with multiple ducts running in the same location.
